How To Make No Bake Strawberry Shortcake

With its layers of fresh strawberries, smooth vanilla pudding, and cream-filled biscuits, this no-bake strawberry shortcake is delicious and oh so easy.

Preparation: 10 minutes
Chill Time: 2 hours
Total: 2 hours 10 minutes



  • 2small boxes instant vanilla pudding
  • ½cupstrawberry juice
  • 3cupsmilk
  • 1tspvanilla
  • 2pkgsvienna fingers
  • 1lbfresh strawberries,hulled and chopped
  • 2cupsheavy whipping cream
  • ½cuppowdered sugar


  1. In a medium bowl whisk together pudding and milk. Set aside.

  2. Dip Vienna fingers in strawberry juice and arrange in the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish.

  3. Spread half the pudding mixture over the cookies. Top with ⅓ the strawberries.

  4. Add another layer of lady fingers, the rest of the pudding and ⅓ the strawberries.

  5. In a bowl, whip the cream and powdered sugar until it becomes thick. Spread over strawberries and top with remaining strawberries.

  6. Chill for 2 to 3 hours before serving. Enjoy.
