Peach Cobbler with Fresh Peaches Recipe

Peaches are ripe, juicy and in season, so now is the time to eat them fresh! We also love using fresh peaches in different recipes. Since we clearly love our fruit desserts around here, we couldn’t resist experimenting in the kitchen to find the perfect peach cobbler recipe!

The fresh peaches add a sweet and refreshing flavor to this all-time favorite dessert. You can make it at home with our easy-to-follow recipe.

Ingredients

  • 6 large peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 Tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • cups milk
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, toss the peaches and about half the sugar.

  2. In your baking dish, pour the melted butter in and also set aside.

  3. In another large bowl, mix the flour, salt, baking powder and cinnamon. Pour that mixture on top of the butter.

  4. Top with the peaches and bake at 375 degrees F for about 50 minutes, or until golden brown.
