If you’re craving for a rich chocolate treat, look no further from this Nutella cobbler, delightfully soft and oozing with sweet choco-hazelnut spread.

Ingredients

  • cupunsalted butter,melted
  • ¾cupwhole milk
  • 2tspvanilla extract
  • cupssugar
  • cupsflour
  • ½cupcocoa powder,divided
  • ½cupNutella
  • tspbaking powder
  • ¾tspsalt
  • cupslight brown sugar,packed
  • cupswater,hot

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spread melted butter over a 9×13-inch baking pan.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the milk, vanilla and sugar until mostly dissolved.

  3. Add in the flour, baking powder, salt and Nutella, then whisk until just combined and no dry streaks remain.

  4. Spoon the batter over the butter, careful not to mix the butter in.

  5. Mix the remaining cocoa powder with brown sugar, then it sprinkle over the batter.

  6. Gently pour the water over the batter and sugar.

  7. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until the top is dry.

  8. Serve warm, and enjoy!
