Cranberry Crunch Recipe

This cranberry crunch recipe has the tart flavor of cranberries and apples covered in a crunchy topping. It’s very easy to prepare and can be completed in just under an hour.

How To Make Cranberry Crunch

  • 3 cups tart apples (unpeeled, chopped)
  • 16 oz whole cranberry sauce
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 cup oatmeal (quick-cooking )
  • 1/3 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup walnuts (chopped)
  1. Combine apples and cranberry sauce.

  2. Spread in a small baking pan (about 8 by 8 inches).

  3. Combine remaining ingredients and spread over the cranberry-apple mixture.

  4. Bake 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve warm.
