  • 8fresh peaches,peeled, pitted, sliced
  • ½cupbutter,cut into pieces
  • ½cupbrown sugar
  • 2cupsall purpose flour
  • 2cupswhite sugar
  • 2tspbaking powder
  • 1tspsalt
  • 2eggs,lightly beaten
  • 1cupvegetable oil
  • 1tspground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9×13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.

  2. Arrange the peaches in the prepared pan. Scatter the butter over the peaches, then sprinkle the brown sugar evenly on top. Set aside.

  3. Mix the flour, white sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Stir the oil into the beaten eggs, then stir the egg mixture into the dry ingredients.
