- 250g cream cheese
- 1 can (400g) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.

Gradually add the condensed milk, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.

In a separate bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.

Press the graham cracker mixture onto the bottom of individual serving dishes.

Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
