How To Make Caramel Macchiato Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 cups cream cheese
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brewed strong coffee
- 2 tbsp caramel sauce
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- Whipped cream and caramel sauce for topping
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).

In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.

In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add the brewed coffee, caramel sauce, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.

Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges are slightly golden.

Remove from the oven and let it cool completely. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.

Before serving, remove the sides of the springform pan. Decorate with whipped cream and drizzle with caramel sauce.
