How To Make Caramel Apple Cheesecake
Caramel and apples pair so well, and here is a recipe that transforms it into a luscious cheesecake that's to die for!
Ingredients
- 2¾ cups apple filling, divided
- 1 graham cracker crust, 9 or 10 inch, (prepared)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sugar
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup caramel topping
- 12 pecans, halved
- 2 tbsp pecans, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Add 2 cups of apple fruit filling to a prepared graham cracker crust, then spread evenly. Set aside.

Beat together the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add the eggs, then continue beating.
- Pour the mixture over the apple filling.

Bake for 35 minutes or until the center is set. Allow to cool down.

Mix the remaining ¾ cup of apple filling and the caramel topping in a small saucepan. Stir to combine.

Heat up for about 1 minute.

Pour the apple and caramel mixture over the cooled cheesecake. Spread evenly.

Decorate with pecan halves on top and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
