  • 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup of breadcrumbs

  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of paprika
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Cooking oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a shallow dish, mix together the breadcrumbs, salt, garlic powder, and paprika.

  2. Dip each shrimp into the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.

  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the breaded shrimp until golden brown and crispy on each side, about 2-3 minutes per side.

  4. Remove the shrimp from the pan and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

  5. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
