Ingredients

  • 4 ripe peaches
  • 4 scoops of vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup of fresh raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup of sliced almonds, toasted

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the peaches.

  2. In a small saucepan, combine the raspberries, sugar, and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat until the mixture thickens and the raspberries break down, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.

  3. In serving glasses or bowls, layer the sliced peaches, vanilla ice cream, and raspberry sauce. Repeat the layers.

  4. Top with toasted almonds and serve immediately.
