Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • ½ cup roasted peanuts, crushed
  • ½ cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt cake pan and set aside.

  2. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

  3. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

  4. Mix in the mashed bananas, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.

  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, alternating with the Greek yogurt. Mix until just combined.

  6. Fold in the chocolate chips.

  7. Pour the batter into the prepared bundt cake pan and spread evenly.

  8. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

  9. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

  10. In a small saucepan, heat the caramel sauce until warm.

  11. Drizzle the warm caramel sauce over the cooled cake.

  12. Sprinkle the crushed peanuts on top of the caramel drizzle.

  13. Serve and enjoy!
