How To Make Dairy-Free Peach Cobbler Recipe

- 4 cups ripe fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a large bowl, combine sliced peaches, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, combine all-purpose flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
