Ingredients
- 3 lbs pork shoulder
- 6 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup white wine
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F.

Season pork generously with salt and pepper.

In a bowl, mix together minced garlic, paprika, and olive oil. Rub mixture onto the pork.

Place pork in a roasting pan and pour white wine over the top.

Cover pan with foil and roast for 3 hours.

Remove foil and roast for an additional 30 minutes to crisp up the skin.
