Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup crushed tortilla chips
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and green bell pepper over medium heat until beef is browned and vegetables are softened.

Drain any excess grease from the skillet, then stir in taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, corn, and black beans. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, until heated through.

Transfer the mixture to a 9×13-inch baking dish and spread evenly.

Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top, followed by crushed tortilla chips.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
