
How To Make Korean Barbecue-Style Meatballs

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

Grill the meatballs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and have nice grill marks.
