Ingredients
- 1 ½ pounds of beef (sirloin, ribeye, or tenderloin), thinly sliced
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions

In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, green onions, sesame seeds, and black pepper to make the marinade.

Add the thinly sliced beef into the marinade and mix well to coat the meat evenly. Allow the beef to marinate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for a more intense flavor.

Preheat the grill or barbecue to high heat.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.

Cook the marinated beef in batches for about 2-3 minutes per side or until browned and cooked through.
