How To Make Barbecue Pineapple Meatballs

These sweet and smoky barbecue pineapple meatballs are made with just 3 simple ingredients! Meatballs are boiled in a rich sauce for tasty appetizers.

Preparation: 5 minutes
Cooking: 10 minutes
Total: 15 minutes



  • ½cupbarbecue sauce
  • ½cupcrushed pineapple,canned, undrained
  • 16ozmeatballs
  • salt and pepper,to taste


  1. Add the barbecue sauce and crushed pineapple to a medium pot. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.

  2. Add meatballs and stir until all coated. Bring to boil and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes if meatballs are thawed or for 14 to 16 minutes if meatballs are frozen.

  3. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
