How To Make Jalapeno Cheese Bread

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced jalapenos (seeds removed)
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir in the grated cheddar cheese and diced jalapenos.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, vegetable oil, and egg. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.

Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.

Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
