How To Make Japanese Beef and Rice-stuffed Bell Peppers Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 bell peppers (any color)
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced carrots
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Cut off the tops of the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.

In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat.

Add the onions, carrots, garlic, and ginger powder to the skillet and cook until softened.

Stir in the cooked rice, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.

Stuff the beef and rice mixture into the bell peppers and place them in a baking dish.

Top each pepper with grated cheddar cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
