How To Make Giant Hot Cookie Pie

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- Vanilla ice cream, for serving
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish.

In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until well combined.

Add the eggs one at a time, whisking well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Fold in the chocolate chips.
