How To Make Pasta Pancetta Recipe

Ingredients
- 8 ounces pasta
- 4 ounces pancetta, diced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, cook the pancetta over medium heat until crispy. Remove the pancetta from the skillet and set aside, leaving the drippings in the skillet.

Add the olive oil to the skillet with the pancetta drippings. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Return the cooked pancetta to the skillet and add the cooked pasta. Toss everything together to combine.

Add the grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss again until the cheese is melted and the pasta is well coated.

Serve the pasta pancetta in bowls, garnished with fresh chopped parsley.
