How To Make Spicy Green Mango Salad with Smoked Fish

Ingredients
- 2 green mangoes, peeled and grated
- 200g smoked fish fillets, flaked
- 1 red chili, thinly sliced
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt, to taste
Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the grated green mangoes, flaked smoked fish, red chili, red onion, and cilantro.

In a separate small bowl, whisk together the fish sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, vegetable oil, and salt.

Pour the dressing over the mango and fish mixture and toss well to coat.

Allow the salad to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes before serving.
