Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 4 oz pancetta, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  2. Add pancetta and cook until crispy, about 5 minutes.

  3. Remove pancetta from skillet, leaving the drippings.

  4. Add Brussels sprouts to the skillet and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until tender and lightly browned.

  5. Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute.

  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  7. Serve Brussels sprouts with crispy pancetta on top.
