- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 4 oz pancetta, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add pancetta and cook until crispy, about 5 minutes.

Remove pancetta from skillet, leaving the drippings.

Add Brussels sprouts to the skillet and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until tender and lightly browned.

Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute.
