How To Make Dutch Rijsttafel Recipe
An Indonesian-style rice table banquet with various dishes served together.

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup green beans, trimmed
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 cup sliced onions
- 1 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1 cup sliced tomatoes
- 1 cup sliced cucumbers
- 1 cup sliced pineapple
- 1 cup sliced mango
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 tbsp sambal oelek
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 tbsp fish sauce
- 4 tbsp kecap manis
- 4 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 4 tbsp peanut sauce
- 4 tbsp coconut milk
- 4 tbsp lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken, beef, shrimp, and vegetables in batches, cooking until browned on all sides.

Mix the sambal oelek, soy sauce, fish sauce, kecap manis, sweet chili sauce, peanut sauce, coconut milk, and lime juice together in a small bowl.

Add the sauce mixture to the skillet and toss to coat the ingredients evenly.

Serve the rijsttafel with the white rice on the side.
