How To Make Dutch Oven Pot Roast Recipe
Tender and flavorful pot roast cooked in a Dutch oven with vegetables.

Ingredients
- 3-pound chuck roast
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 large carrots, peeled and chopped
- 3 celery stalks, chopped
- 2 tsp dried thyme
- 2 tsp dried rosemary
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups beef broth
Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F.

Season chuck roast with salt, pepper, paprika, thyme, and rosemary.

Heat a Dutch oven over medium-high heat and add oil.

Brown the roast on all sides, then set it aside.

Add onions, garlic, carrots and celery to the pot and cook for 5 mins.

Add beef broth to the pot and mix it with the veggies.

Place the roast back into the Dutch oven and cook it in the oven for 3 hours.
