Ingredients

  • 1 lb Dutch sausage
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 lb kale, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown the sausage in a large pot over medium-high heat.

  2. Add the onion, garlic, and thyme and cook until the onion is soft.

  3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.

  4. Add the kale and cook until wilted, about 10-15 minutes.

  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
