How To Make Dutch Baby Pancake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1 tbsp of sugar
  • 1/4 tsp of salt
  • 2 tbsp of butter
  • Powdered sugar and fruit for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

  2. Melt butter in a 10-inch ovenproof skillet.

  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, flour, milk, sugar, and salt until smooth.

  4. Pour the batter into the skillet and bake for 15-20 minutes until the pancake puffs up and turns golden brown.

  5. Dust with powdered sugar and top with fruit before serving.
