- 8 cups of chicken broth
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 tbsp of sesame oil
- 1 tsp of grated ginger
- 4 oz of shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 4 oz of Chinese egg noodles
- 4 cups of chopped Chinese cabbage
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sliced green onions for garnish
Instructions

In a large pot, bring chicken broth, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil and ginger to a boil.

Add sliced shiitake mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes.

Add Chinese egg noodles and cook for 2 minutes.

Add chopped Chinese cabbage and cook for an additional 5 minutes or until tender.
