Ingredients

  • 1 Chinese cabbage, chopped
  • 1 cup shiitake mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, cornstarch, ginger, and white vinegar.

  2. Heat sesame oil in a large pan and add garlic. Sauté for a few seconds.

  3. Add chopped Chinese cabbage, sliced shiitake mushrooms, and the soy sauce mixture. Stir-fry for 10 minutes on medium-high heat.

  4. Season with salt and pepper.

  5. Serve hot.
