A delicious combination of tender pork and crunchy Chinese cabbage stir-fried together with flavorful seasonings.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 head of Chinese cabbage, thinly sliced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and cornstarch.

  2. Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.

  3. Add pork and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes.

  4. Add garlic and ginger and stir-fry for 1 minute.

  5. Add cabbage and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes or until tender.

  6. Pour in the soy sauce mixture and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens.

  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
