How To Make Chinese Cabbage Dumplings

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 2 cups Chinese cabbage, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 32 dumpling wrappers
  • ¼ cup water

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together pork, cabbage, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper.

  2. Take one dumpling wrapper and place 1 tbsp of filling in the center.

  3. Brush the edges with water and fold the wrapper in half, pressing the sides together tightly to seal.

  4. Steam the dumplings for 10-12 minutes until cooked through and the wrapper is translucent.
