How To Make Chinese Cabbage Stir-Fry

A healthy and flavorful stir-fry with thinly sliced Chinese cabbage and a savory sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 1 small head of Chinese cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger and stir-fry for 10 seconds.
  3. Add sliced cabbage and continue to stir-fry until the cabbage is wilted and slightly charred.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and black pepper.
  5. Pour the sauce over the cabbage and continue to stir-fry until the cabbage is coated in the sauce.
  6. Serve hot with rice.
