How To Make The Capital Grille’s Lobster Tail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 lobster tails
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

  3. Using sharp kitchen scissors, cut along the top shell of each lobster tail, avoiding the meat.

  4. Carefully pull the meat out of the shell, leaving it attached at the base.

  5. Brush the meat with the seasoned butter mixture.

  6. Grill lobster tails for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.

  7. Serve immediately with additional melted butter for dipping.
