Ingredients

  • 4 lobster tails
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.

  2. Use kitchen shears to cut through the top of each lobster tail, crack the ribs with the back of a knife, and gently loosen the meat from the shell.

  3. In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, Dijon mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

  4. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and evenly distribute the Thermidor butter over the meat.

  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the lobster is cooked through and the butter is hot and bubbly.

  6. Serve the lobster tails with additional Thermidor butter on the side.
