How To Make The Capital Grille’s Flourless Chocolate Cake Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cubed
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 8 oz. bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F. Grease a 8″ round cake pan.

In a double boiler, melt the butter and chocolate until smooth.

Whisk in the sugar, eggs, cocoa powder, and salt until smooth.

Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top with an offset spatula.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove from the pan and cool completely on a wire rack.

Slice and serve with your favorite toppings.
