Ingredients
- 16 large sea scallops
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive oil
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Pat scallops dry and season with salt and pepper.
