  • 16 large sea scallops
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Pat scallops dry and season with salt and pepper.

  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat and add scallops.

  3. Cook scallops for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.

  4. Remove scallops from skillet and set aside.

  5. Add butter, lemon juice, and parsley to the skillet.

  6. Cook until the butter has melted and the sauce has thickened.

  7. Plate scallops and drizzle sauce on top.
