How To Make The Capital Grille’s Truffle Fries Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs of russet potatoes, washed and sliced into thin fries
  • 1/4 cup of truffle oil
  • 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. In a large bowl, toss the sliced potatoes with truffle oil, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper until evenly coated.

  3. Arrange the seasoned fries on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake for about 20 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.

  4. Sprinkle the fries with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
