How To Make Broiled Lobster Tails

Ingredients

  • 4 lobster tails
  • 4 tablespoons of melted butter
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the broiler in your oven.

  2. Carefully cut the top of the lobster tails with a sharp knife and gently pull the meat out from the shell, keeping it attached at the base. Place the meat on top of the shells.

  3. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Brush the mixture generously over the lobster meat.

  4. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and broil for about 8-10 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and slightly browned.

  5. Remove from the oven and let the lobster tails rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
