How To Make The Capital Grille’s Crab Cakes

Delicious, golden-brown crab cakes bursting with flavor and packed with tender chunks of crab meat.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb crab meat
  • 1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, bread crumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, Old Bay seasoning, salt, black pepper, and egg.

  2. Mix well until everything is evenly combined.

  3. Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and form each portion into a patty.

  4. Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  5. Once the butter has melted, add the crab cakes and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and heated through.

  6. Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
