- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. mirin
- 1 tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tbsp. water
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- Green onions, chopped, for garnish
- Steamed white rice, for serving

Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add chicken to skillet and cook until browned on all sides and cooked through, approximately 5-7 minutes.

In a small saucepan, whisk together soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, mirin, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
