How To Make Sara Lee’s Cheesecake Recipe

A classic and creamy cheesecake with a buttery graham crust.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened at room temperature

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.

  2. In a small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and 2 tbsp sugar. Stir in melted butter until mixture is moistened.

  3. Press mixture onto the bottom and about halfway up the sides of a 6-inch springform pan.

  4. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and 2/3 cup sugar until smooth and creamy.

  5. Beat in eggs, one at a time, until well combined. Add in vanilla extract.

  6. Pour mixture over graham cracker crust.

  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes.

  8. Cool completely before serving.
