A classic and creamy cheesecake with a buttery graham crust.

Ingredients
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened at room temperature
Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F.

In a small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and 2 tbsp sugar. Stir in melted butter until mixture is moistened.

Press mixture onto the bottom and about halfway up the sides of a 6-inch springform pan.

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and 2/3 cup sugar until smooth and creamy.

Beat in eggs, one at a time, until well combined. Add in vanilla extract.

Pour mixture over graham cracker crust.

Bake for 45-50 minutes.

Cool completely before serving.
