Ingredients

  • 4 T-bone steaks, 1 inch thick
  • 2 tbsp. kosher salt
  • 2 tbsp. black pepper
  • 4 tbsp. unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or cast-iron skillet to high heat.

  2. Season both sides of the steaks generously with salt and pepper.

  3. Place steaks on the grill or skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.

  4. Remove steaks from the heat and let them rest for 5 minutes.

  5. Top each steak with 1 tbsp. of unsalted butter and serve hot.
