How To Make Mushroom Brie Burger
A juicy burger loaded with sautéed mushrooms, creamy brie cheese, and tangy garlic aioli.

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 brioche buns
- 8 oz sliced mushrooms
- 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Arugula, for topping
Instructions

In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Form the mixture into 4 patties.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the burgers for 4-5 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Add the sliced brie on top of the burgers and let it melt.

While the burgers are cooking, sauté the mushrooms in a separate skillet over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes or until soft.

In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and lemon juice to make the aioli.

Toast the brioche buns and assemble the burgers with the aioli, sautéed mushrooms, and arugula as topping.
