How To Make Brioche Buns
Light and fluffy buns that are perfect for burgers or sandwiches.

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp instant yeast
- 1/2 cup warm milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- Sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.

In a separate bowl, whisk together warm milk and eggs.

Gradually add the milk mixture to the dry ingredients and mix well.

Add the softened butter and knead the dough until smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Punch down the dough and divide it into 4 equal portions.

Shape each portion into a round bun and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Cover the buns with the kitchen towel and let them rise for another 30 minutes.

If desired, brush the buns with beaten egg and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Let the buns cool on a wire rack before serving.
