Ingredients
- 4 16 oz. ribeye steaks
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Garlic powder
- Worcestershire sauce
- For seasoned fries: 4 large potatoes, vegetable oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder
Instructions

Preheat grill or grill pan over high heat.

Season ribeye steaks generously with salt, black pepper, garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce on both sides.

Grill steaks for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare or until desired doneness is reached.

Let steaks rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.

For seasoned fries, slice potatoes into thin wedges and toss with oil, salt, black pepper, paprika and garlic powder. Bake in oven at 375°F for 20-25 minutes or until crispy.
