Delicious and fluffy pumpkin spice doughnuts with a sweet glaze.

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- Oil for frying
- For the glaze:
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp pumpkin spice
Instructions

In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, pumpkin spice, and salt together.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, pumpkin puree, melted butter, milk, and sugar until well combined.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

Preheat oil in a large, deep skillet to 350°F.

Spray a doughnut pan with cooking spray.

Add the batter to a piping bag or ziplock bag with the corner snipped off and pipe the batter into the doughnut pan.

Gently place the doughnuts into the heated oil, frying for about 2-3 minutes per side or until golden brown.

Transfer the doughnuts to a paper towel-lined plate.

In a medium bowl, mix together the powdered sugar, milk, vanilla extract, and pumpkin spice until smooth.

Dip the top of each doughnut into the glaze and then return to the paper towel-lined plate to set.
