How To Make Johnny’s BBQ Ribs Recipe
These BBQ ribs are smoky, sticky, and fall-off-the-bone delicious.

Ingredients
- 2 racks of pork baby back ribs
- 1/2 cup of BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- 1 tbsp of smoked paprika
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- 1 tsp of onion powder
- Salt and pepper
Instructions

Preheat oven to 275°F.

In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Rub the spice mixture over both sides of the ribs.

Wrap the ribs in foil and place them on a baking sheet.

Bake at 275°F for 2.5 hours.

Remove the foil and brush the ribs with BBQ sauce.

Increase the oven temperature to 350°F and continue to bake the ribs, uncovered, for another 30 minutes or until the sauce is caramelized and the ribs are tender.

Serve with additional BBQ sauce on the side.
