How To Make Sizzling Spare Ribs with BBQ Sauce
Tender and flavorful spare ribs glazed with tangy BBQ sauce, served sizzling hot.

Ingredients
- 2 lbs spare ribs
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions

Preheat your grill or preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a small bowl, combine BBQ sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, paprika, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper (if using).

Brush both sides of the spare ribs with the BBQ sauce mixture.

Place the spare ribs on the grill or in a baking dish in the oven.

Cook for 1.5 hours, basting the spare ribs with the remaining BBQ sauce every 30 minutes.

In a small saucepan, simmer the remaining BBQ sauce mixture with water for about 5 minutes to make a glaze.

Remove the spare ribs from the grill or oven and brush with the glaze.

Heat a sizzling plate or cast iron skillet over high heat until smoking hot.

Place the spare ribs on the sizzling plate or skillet and serve immediately.
