You can use any apple as long as the apple is fresh and crisp.\r\n\n\n\tHow To Make Johnny's Chunky Chicken Salad Stuffed Apples\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\n\t\t4 cups skinless and boneless chicken breast (cooked and cubed)2 cups celery (diagonally sliced)1 cup white onion (diced into small pieces)1\/2 cup Hellman mayonnaise2 tbsp Dijon mustard2 tsp fresh dillkosher salt (to taste)freshly ground black pepper (to taste)6 large fresh red delicious apples (washed and dried)2 tbsp fresh lemon juiceraisinspine nuts\t\n\t\n\t\tIn a large bowl, toss the chicken breast, celery, and onions. Set aside afterward.\u00a0Mix the Hellman mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, dill, salt, and pepper.
